By registering for and using Mindbox Job, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One person may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- You must not share your account with others.
Job Posting Rules
As a Job Poster, you agree to:
- Provide clear and accurate instructions for each job.
- Set fair compensation for the work required.
- Review submitted proofs within a reasonable time.
- Not post illegal, harmful, or misleading jobs.
- Not request personal information (passwords, bank details) from workers.
- Pay workers fairly for completed and approved tasks.
Worker Rules
As a Worker, you agree to:
- Complete all accepted tasks honestly and according to instructions.
- Submit genuine proof of task completion.
- Not submit fake, manipulated, or recycled screenshots.
- Not use bots, automation tools, or click farms.
- Not attempt to trick the system for unearned payments.
Payments & Earnings
- Earnings are credited to your balance after job poster approval.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified on the platform.
- The platform may charge fees on transactions as disclosed in the relevant sections.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the administrator.
- The platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension:
- Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities
- Submitting fake or fraudulent proof of work
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
- Engaging in money laundering or illegal transactions
- Harassing other users or platform administrators
- Posting jobs involving illegal or adult content
- Using VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions
Account Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Suspended accounts may have their pending earnings frozen pending investigation.
- Users may appeal account suspensions through the Support page.
- Funds in terminated accounts due to fraud will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
Mindbox Job provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for:
- Disputes between job posters and workers
- Loss of earnings due to rejected work
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Third-party payment processing errors
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
